Just a 15-minute walk from the scenic Gianicolo Hill — offering an unparalleled view over the Eternal City — and only five minutes on foot from Viale Trastevere, the lively heart of Roman nightlife and home to the famous Porta Portese market, the location is simply ideal. Access to Viale Trastevere is quick and easy via a convenient staircase just steps from the apartment.
Situated on the first floor (only 8 steps), the apartment welcomes guests with warm wooden floors, creating a cozy and refined atmosphere.
The interior features a bright double bedroom with a French bed (140 x 190 cm) and air conditioning, an en-suite bathroom, a small but fully equipped kitchenette for preparing meals just like at home, and a stylish living room designed for relaxation, complete with modern comforts and carefully chosen décor in every detail.
To make your stay even more enjoyable, the kitchen includes a microwave, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, and all the necessary accessories to start your day with the perfect breakfast or enjoy a home-cooked dinner.
Guests can take advantage of free amenities including air conditioning in the bedroom, heating, high-speed Wi-Fi, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, and fresh bed and bath linens. A baby crib is also available free of charge upon request.
The apartment is easily reachable from both Fiumicino and Ciampino airports by taking a train or bus to Termini Station, and from there taking bus number 75 to the “Carini/Pilo” stop, which is just a 5-minute walk from the house.
From the apartment, it’s easy to reach Rome’s main attractions on foot, such as the Gianicolo Terrace), the Fontana dell’Acqua Paola — affectionately known by locals as the “Fontanone” — and the charming Botanical Garden (Giardino Botanico). Alternatively, just 100 meters from the apartment, you can take bus n.75, which will conveniently take you in about twenty minutes to historic landmarks such as the Colosseum, Circus Maximus, and the Terme di Caracalla.
Additionally, about a 10-minute walk from the house is the Quattro Venti Station, from which you can reach St. Peter’s Basilica in just one stop and a few minutes.
For added convenience, we also offer a private transfer service upon request — your driver will meet you directly at the arrivals gate and bring you to the apartment door.
