Amazing and sophisticated apartment in a cross street of Via del Corso, great location to reach in few minutes many important attractions as Spanish Steps,Trevi Fountain,Piazza Navona,Pantheon,Piazza del Popolo,Villa Borghese,Sant’Angelo Castel and many others.
The Apartment is on the first floor (only 17 steps-no lift) and has a double bedroom that is accessed by the the living room (no door)with a wardrobe,a large living room with two large windows and with wooden ceiling,a double sofa bed, table with seats, satellite tv.
The fully equipped kitchen corner has dish washer, plates, glasses, pots, pans, toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge.
A magnific hardwood floor is in all the rooms (Bedroom and living room)
The bathroom has shower, sink, bidet, toilet, washing machine and hair dryer.
Our guests will have free use of air conditioning, internet wifi, heating, bed linens and towel, hair dryer, iron, tv.
Tourist Tax 6.00€ per night (10 nights max.) per person (not applicable for children under 10 years old)to be paid by cash at check-in.
For check-in after 8 pm there is a 30€ extra cost. It's not possible to check in after 11 p.m.
For stays longer than 28 nights the electricity will be paid according to the real usage (the cost is € 0.40 per kw ).
For stays longer than 28 nights a deposit is required for utilities of € 200

To reach the house from airports and train station we can always provide a pick up with our private driver that will wait for you inside the airport or train station and drive you right in front of the house.
Metro stop line A " Flaminio" and is 500 meters from the house as the stop of tram n 2 that will allow you to reach in 10 minutes the Olympic Stadium,the Auditorium "Parco della Musica",MaXXI museum.
To reach the house from Fiumicino airport can take the train or bus to Termini train station, then from there the Metro line A
(direction Piazza Battistini) to the stop Flaminio ( 4 stops) and the house will be just 500 meters away.
From Ciampino airport can take the Bus to Termini train station, then from there the Metro line A
(direction Piazza Battistini) to the stop Flaminio ( 4 stops) and the house will be just 500 meters away.

On request there is a transfer service with private driver who can wait guests inside the airport, at arrival gates, and bring them right in front of the apartment.
