Elegant and silent apartment in the hearth of Rome, at 10 minutes walk from St Peter’s square and Vatican and 5 minutes walk from Castel Sant’Angelo.
in the perfect location to reach in few minutes all most important roman spots as Piazza Navona and Campo de Fiori( 20 minutes walk) or Pantheon ( 25 minutes walk)
The apartment is on the second floor with elevator (8 steps to reach the elevator) and has one bedroom with a queen size bed and a wardrobe, another bedroom with a double bed (large 140 cm), a living room with a sofa , table with seats and tv,a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, two bathrooms ,one with shower and one with tub.
Parquet floor is in all rooms.
Our guests will have free use of air conditioning, internet wifi,heating,washing machine, dishwasher, bed linens, towels, hair dryer, iron, kettle.
Metro stop of Line A ( Ottaviano) is 10 minutes walk from the house.
The metro will take you easily to Spanish steps,Trevi Fountain,Pantheon,Termini train station, Colosseum and Roman Forum.
The house can be easily reached from Fiumicino airport using the train to Termini train station then Metro line A to the stop Ottaviano then 10 minutes walk or using bus ( SIT Shuttle Bus) that will stop a few meters from the house.
From Ciampino airport you can arrive to Termini train station then Metro line A to the stop Lepanto then 10 minutes walk
For arrivals between 20.00 and 23.00 there is an additional cost of €30 to be paid in cash on arrival. After 11.00 pm it is not possible to check in without prior agreement and it is subject to availability.
For stays longer than 20 nights, the cost of electricity will be paid according to consumption at the price of €0.50 per kwh and gas at a cost of €1.30 m/cube. For stays longer than 20 nights, a deposit of €200.00 is required for utilities, to be paid in cash on arrival.
Tourist Tax 6,00€ per night (10 nights max.) per person (not applicable for children under 10 years old)to be paid by cash at check-in.
On request, it is possible to have a transfer service with a private driver who can take guests directly from/to the airport
