S. Peter apartment with a lovely terrace

Lovely apartment with two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, in the heart of Rome, a few steps from the wonderful St. Peter’s Basilica, the Vatican and the “Cipro” metro station, from which all the other important sites of Rome can be reached in a few minutes. Rome.
The apartment is on the 2° floor with elevator and consists of a small entrance that overlooks a cozy living room with a sofa bed and armchairs, a living room with table, chairs and television, two bedrooms (one double and one with a single bed) and two bathrooms ( one with tub-shower and the other with shower).
The bathroom with shower is inside the single room. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with dishes, pots and pans, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and kettle. The living room leads to the small terrace equipped with table and chairs where you can enjoy a little relaxation with a view of the greenery.
Guests can enjoy free Wi – Fi internet connection, air conditioning (in the master bedroom and in the living room), heating, sheets, towels, TV, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron, espresso-machine.
The building has a doorkeeper.

Two minutes walk to the metro station “Cipro” (Metro Line A)and just few steps from S. Peter, Vatican, Castel Sant’Angelo, Spanish Steps and Campo Dei Fiori.
Few steps you will find all kinds of shops, supermarkets and grocery market “Trionfale”, one of the most well-known and appreciated in Rome.
In few minutes from the house you will arrive to shopping streets as Via Ottaviano, Via Cola di Rienzo and many typical restaurants and place to join quietly your relaxing holiday.
The Business School is only 2.5 km from the apartment while Temple University is 2.7 km away.
Tourist tax of € 3.50 per night (up to a maximum of 10 nights) per person (not applicable for children under 10 years old) to be paid in cash at check in.
For stays of 28 nights or more, electricity will be paid according to the real usage ( € 0.30 per kw).
For stays longer than 28 nights, a deposit of € 200.00 must be paid at check-in to guarantee the utilities listed above, which will be refunded at check out after all payments.
Check in after 20.00: additional cost of € 25 in cash
On request, it is possible to have a transfer service with a private driver (by car or Van) that can take guests directly from the airport gate to the front of the apartment.
